From TikTok’s launch, CHANNEL has helped position TikTok through strategically-driven campaigns. Working closely with the brand team, we were able to hit ultra-fast deadlines and KPIs — while staying culturally in-tune with GenZ.

Insights

We identified that the pain points of competitive platforms Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat were things like FOMO and social pressures. TikTok was a respite from all that. Rather than polished content, it was a place for pure, vulnerable, and unpretentious entertainment made by real people.
